Privacy notice

This notice explains what Finance Bookings does with the information you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your firm, your firm's website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your request. That might mean preparing the Booking Sheet you asked for, replying to a question, or arranging a call you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then delete them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not rent or trade it. It is seen only by the people working on your request and the service providers that host this site and our correspondence.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only outside resource it loads is a set of typefaces.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to kristen.hodges@financebookings.co or use the contact form and say what you would like. We will act on it and confirm when it is done.
